Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No refunds on digital access

When you buy a plan or a course, access to the digital content is unlocked in your account immediately. Because the service is delivered at once and consumed online, we do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed — including for change of mind, partial use, or failure to use the access during its validity period.

2. Cancellation

Our plans are a one-time purchase for a fixed access period (currently 6 months). They do not auto-renew and there is no recurring subscription to cancel. When the access period ends, it simply expires; you may choose to purchase again.

3. Limited exceptions (at our discretion)

We may, at our sole discretion, review a refund only in genuine cases such as:

• a duplicate payment (you were charged more than once for the same order); or
• a failed transaction where money was debited but access was not granted.

In such cases, contact us within 7 days of the charge with your payment details. If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method via our payment gateway and may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank. Any payment-gateway fee is non-refundable.

4. GST invoice

A GST tax invoice is issued for every successful payment and emailed to you. Where a refund is approved, it is handled in line with applicable tax rules.
