Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Studio Academy, operated by Bixbi Systems Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility & account

• You must be 18 or older (or use the platform with a parent/guardian’s consent).
• Sign in is via Google. Keep your account secure and do not share your login — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information (including a valid phone number) and keep it up to date.

2. Access & plans

Studio Academy offers course access on a paid basis. The individual all-access plan grants access to the available courses for a fixed period (currently 6 months) from the date of purchase. Access is personal and non-transferable. Course content, features and pricing may change over time.

3. Payments, taxes & invoices

• Prices are shown in your applicable currency and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway (Razorpay).
• A GST tax invoice is generated for each successful payment and emailed to you.

4. Refunds

Payments for digital course access are non-refundable. Because access is granted immediately on payment, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once a purchase is completed, except at our sole discretion in limited cases (such as a duplicate or failed charge). Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Use the courses honestly — no cheating on quizzes or assignments, and no impersonation.
• Do not copy, resell, redistribute, scrape or publicly share course content, labs or the platform without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Respect other learners and staff.

6. Certificates

On completing a course you may receive a Studio Academy certificate of completion. It recognises completion of our course and is not a government or university qualification or an accredited degree.

7. Intellectual property

All course content, materials, software, branding and trademarks on the platform are owned by Bixbi Systems Private Limited / MakeMyTechnology or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning only.

8. Disclaimers

The platform and content are provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific job, exam, certification or income outcome. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bixbi Systems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the 6 months before the claim.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the platform. You may stop using the platform at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable law.
